The history of the Storehouse Church (Spichlerz)

The Storehouse church is a charismatic evangelical church. The Senior Pastor is Andriy Stepanov, a Ukrainian who several years ago came to Poland to conduct his theological studies. Today he runs one of the biggest churches of this kind in Warsaw. The Storehouse church has been for many years now a God’s Embassy Church in Poland under a spiritual authority of Pastor Sunday Adelaja.
More than ten years ago in one of the Warsaw’s Catholic parishes at Gwiazdzista street, signs of revival appeared, but before the revival developed, the bishops and priests stopped it. The officials of the Catholic Church did not understand Jesus and His acts. Several young people that were touched by the Lord, left the Catholic Church. Andriy (the present pastor of the StorehouChurch) left with them and they started prayer meetings at homes. Later on, they rented a place and started regular services. The Storehouse church has been officially registered by the Polish State since the year 2000.
Today it is located in the Center of Warsaw and has about 200 members. It runs two services per week, three Bible Schools: “The Breakthrough” - for people who are new born, for pastors and leaders, and “The Generation of Jude” - for those in the worship ministry. It also has weekly night prayers and home groups meetings, so called ‘G12’. The church broadcasts a radio in the internet.
The Storehouse Church has several branches in Poland and a few outside of Poland (eg. UK, USA).
